Speaker: Michele Chassner – Regional Customer Relations Liaison – KidsPeace
Michele Chassner has been with KidsPeace since May 2022 as the Regional Customer Relations Liaison. She oversees North Carolina’s Cumberland, Durham, Johnston, and Wake counties, which are serviced by The Hope Center for Youth and Family Crisis. Since graduating from the State University of New York at Cortland with a major in Sociology and a concentration in Psychology, Michele has established an extensive history in the human service field, particularly the not-for-profit sector.

Speakers: Wanda Crawford – Director of Clinical Services – Raleigh Oaks Behavioral Health
Wanda M. Crawford, LCSW, CDWF joined Raleigh Oaks Behavioral Health after a 17-year civil servant career, last serving as the Command Social Worker for the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC). As JSOC’s Senior Social Work Officer, Ms. Crawford planned, directed, and implemented all clinical aspects of the behavioral health mission for HQ, JSOC and fifteen units geographically dispersed across the continental United States.
Ms. Crawford has over two decades of mental health experience comprised of inpatient/outpatient care in government and private sectors and she holds a BA in Sociology from Fayetteville State University and a master’s degree in social work from East Carolina University. Ms. Crawford is married to a Special Forces Veteran and is the proud mother of two.
Speaker: Dana Heuser – Director of Business Development – Raleigh Oaks Behavioral Health
Dana is the Director of Business Development at Raleigh Oaks Behavioral Health where her team works to ensure the community and healthcare providers are aware of the services offered by the hospital. Dana’s expertise includes hiring and onboarding teams, and conducting community needs assessments. Prior to this, Dana held leadership roles at HCA Healthcare and Evonik Corporation. Dana holds an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Salisbury University. Dana is passionate about helping those in North Carolina find the help they need and enjoys working with a team of professionals who are focused on the mission to “Improve the Lives we Touch.”
