Speaker: James Osborn – Alliance Health.
James Osborn is a Licensed Psychologist and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist with over 30 years of experience. He has worked in various settings in various roles – inpatient, outpatient, crisis and assessment, vocational rehabilitation, and administration. He is the Director of Community Education with Alliance Health, the local management entity and management care organization (LME/MCO) for Cumberland, Durham, Johnston, Harnett, Mecklenburg, Orange, and Wake County. He leads a regional team providing education and outreach to improve the health and well-being of people in these communities with complex needs. Their vision is for the people they serve to experience equitable and integrated care so they live healthy, satisfying lives. Their network of over 4,000 providers offers treatment and support for mental illness, substance use disorders, intellectual/development disabilities (I/DD) and traumatic brain injury (TBI).
